We are looking for a

Station Maintenance Manager (HAM) 

Who will ensure the smooth and successful operations at our location in Hamburg, Germany  

Scope of responsibilities:

As Station Maintenance Manager, you:

• lead and develop a group of employees in strategic, technical, and disciplinary terms
• ensure safety, operational, customer satisfaction and financial objectives are met
• coordinate internal communication and communication to and from customers
• manage facilities/tools/equipment and logistics according to internal MOE
• identify process improvements at the station
• supervise and structure all administration related to the technical handling of the carrier, according to instructions and procedures by the carrier
• ensure any audit corrective action is performed within the specified time and reported to the QA Manager
• are responsible for the recruitment and onboarding processes, in cooperation with HR

Key requirements:

• Current EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance License A1, B1 and/or B2
• Qualifications as per appendix 4 of the EASA Part 145 (Ref: Certifying Staff not Qualified to EASA Part 66)
• Knowledge on 145 Legislation
• English language skills are essential;  knowledge of German would be ideal
• Experience of report writing and customer briefings
• Knowledge of aircraft safety rules and regulations, technical requirements, and customer demands
• Sufficient knowledge about specific operator- and type- procedures
• Decisive, self-motivated, and collaborative working style
• Hands-on mentality & high adaptability
• High level of accountability and ownership
• Leadership experience would be preferred
