Quality Assurance Engineer

Scope of responsibilities:

You are a member of the professional Quality and Assurance team. Together with your team you are responsible for ensuring our internal Part-145 procedures are in accordance with applicable (inter)national Aviation Legislation and customer expectations.

As an Quality Assurance Engineer you are responsible for:

As our Quality Assurance Engineer you will have an active role in the implementation of  a quality (audit) program (MOE, procedures, and practices) in which all procedures and maintenance practices used in the organisation are reviewed at regular intervals.  You are repsonsible for carrying out and monitoring the quality assurance system in accordance with EASA PART-145 legislation and procedures. Futhermore you draft reports (including audit and monthly reports) for the Manager Quality Assurance. You make sure to create, maintain and continuously improve Part-145 Quality procedures and also review proposed amendments to the company procedures. Other challenging tasks are:

  • Monitor the organisation’s compliance with (inter)national aviation legislation and report to the Manager Quality Assurance.
  • Following developments in the field aviation regulations: analysing and advising on these developments
  • Maintain positive, team relationships with internal and external customers, regulatory authorities as well as co-workers.
  • Evaluate and investigate occurrences classified as being significant, as well as monitoring, coordinating, and reporting on all corrective actions.
  • Support/advise Operational Departments with root cause analysis, preventative, and corrective actions to reduce/eliminate non-conformances.
  • Evaluation of equipment, tools and material suppliers.
  • Check personnel files and prepare certification authorisations to certifying staff.
  • Create, amend and review internal training
  • Application of PART-66 AMLs / issuing of company authorisations
  • Maintain a company wide just culture and proactively promote safety management within the company

Key requirements:

In order to be successful in this role you need a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering and you preferably bring demonstrable work experience in an EASA PART-145 Maintenance organization. We are also interested in you when this was gained this trough an internship or graduation. You are able to work autonomously, accurately and stress-resistant. Also you bring: basic technical knowledge of aircraft, knowledge of EASA 145 legislation  and/or Knowledge of non-technical handling procedures and instructions and Human Factors.

In addtion you:

  • Have good analytical skills, quality-oriented, excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Are result driven;
  • Are fluent in English language, both written and spoken
  • Bring good observation & analytical skills.

Procurement & Logistics Officer

Scope of responsibilities:

Als  Procurement & Logistics Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de totale logistiek, planning, materiaal control en inkoop binnen onze organisatie. Je zorgt voor efficiënte aankopen, voorraadbeheer & planning voor tooling en apparatuur voor al onze stations. Met jouw commerciële inzicht let je hierbij op kosteneffectiviteit en efficiëntie. Jij weet als geen ander wat er komt kijken bij de organisatie van het (tijdig) aanwezig zijn van de juiste materialen, onderdelen en tools. Je faciliteert op proactieve wijze de stations en ondersteunt hen op logistiek gebied zodat wordt voldaan aan alle wettelijke voorschriften.
Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden zijn bijvoorbeeld:

  • Afstemmen met de Station Maintenance Managers over wat nodig is op de stations
  • Zorgdragen dat shipments naar onze stations zo efficiënt, effectief en veilig mogelijk verlopen
  • Uitvoeren van projecten op het gebied van IT, logistiek en inkoop
  • Ondersteunen bij operationele vraagstukken
  • Contacten onderhouden met alle stations (o.a. Nederland, Duitsland, Afrika)
  • Ondersteunen bij onderzoek naar nieuwe contracten of uitbreiding van stations
  • Maken van analyses bij vraagstukken en ontwikkelen van oplossingen

Key requirements:

  • Affiniteit met luchtvaart(onderhoud), techniek en logistiek
  • Afgeronde hbo-opleiding op het gebied van (luchtvaart)logistiek, of vergelijkbaar
  • Enthousiasme, energie en een commerciële drive
  • Je bent in staat om snel overzicht en structuur te creëren en te behouden
  • Je kunt goed overzicht houden in complexe situaties en houdt focus op het resultaat
  • Planmatig werken vind je vanzelfsprekend en gaat je goed af
  • Goede kennis van de Engelse taal (schrijven, lezen en spreken)

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Carry out line maintenance independently on at least A/C type: B737 and EMB 170/190
  • You certify that maintenance work has been carried out correctly and thus ensure that our customers get their fleet in the air on time
  • As B1 you give technical instructions, coordinate and control the maintenance work of others
  • Perform line maintenance on aircraft and issue a certificate of release to service after minor checks up to and including the weekly check and simple defect rectification.
  • To ensure compliance with safety directives and application of safe working methods.

Key requirements:

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Valid EASA B1 license with experience on any of the required aircraft types stated above
  • At least 2 years of line or base maintenance experience on the required aircraft types
  • At least 6 months of recent experience in the last 2 years on any of the required aircraft stated above
  • Please be informed that we can only consider candidates with a valid work permit for the Netherlands
